The OWLREC Editorial Team publishes buying guides, head-to-head comparisons and explainers about AI auto-tracking sports cameras on the OWLREC website. OWLREC manufactures one of the cameras covered; this policy explains how we keep our coverage factual, verifiable and fair to every product we mention.
How We Research
- Official sources first. Product features, pricing and policies are taken from each manufacturer's official website, help center and public documentation.
- Source lists. Every comparison article ends with a numbered list of the exact pages used, so readers can verify each claim themselves.
- Verification dates. Articles state the month and year the information was last checked. Prices and plans change; we encourage readers to confirm on vendor sites before buying.
How We Compare
- We describe both the strengths and the trade-offs of every product, including competing products and our own.
- We do not accept payment from other manufacturers for placement or coverage, and competitors are never asked to review or approve articles in advance.
- Where a competitor's approach is genuinely better for a type of user, we say so and recommend accordingly.
Corrections
If we get a fact wrong, we fix it. Anyone — including the manufacturers covered — can report an inaccuracy via the contact page. Material corrections are reflected in the article and its modification date.
